Google cloud service is experiencing an outage. Mitigation of the issue is underway. I will update once resolved.

FOREX- Exchange Rate Service [Fixed]

The service hiccup has been resolved by our vendor, and we've implimented a fallback on our side. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, exchange rates from 08/20/2023 to 11/8/2023 are no longer accessible. For any trades made within that period from now on, the rates applied will be based on the date of entry.

UPDATE: FIXED

*We are currently facing problems with our currency rate service. If you have entered FOREX trades for November 7th and November 8th (today) and are not receiving accurate results, kindly give our vendor the opportunity to rectify the issue. Once the issue is resolved, you will need to re-save the trades conducted on those dates to ensure accurate exchange rates are retrieved. We will inform of the fix here.

Trades not showing ⁉️ 🐞

If anyone is having issues with old trades not showing up after the last update please follow below instructions.

Delete all accounts from drop-down. NOT "USER ACCOUNT" in settings.

How?

  1. Access the account edit screen by clicking on the blue pencil button below the drop-down menu, and then click on the "Delete" button.
  2. Once all the accounts have been deleted, refresh the webpage.
  3. The software will automatically generate a default account and link all the trades to it.
